bahasa melayu is simple & easy

Unlike English,Bahasa is simple and easy.The spelling is easier compared to English.What you heard is what you write.That's why there is no spelling competition in bahasa because it is just not as interesting as in English.

Plus there are no complex grammar rules in Bahasa.No need to memorize the tenses as there are no past,present or future tenses..e.g. Saya sudah/sedang/akan makan compared to English I ate/am eating/will eat.No need to change the word makan,a simple word inserted into the sentence that indicate time of the action is suffice to convey the message.

Better there is no gender (masculine or feminine) to refer to opposite sexes.He or she is always 'Dia' in BM.

Even better no singular, dual or plural needed.A repetition of the root word is all it needs.For 1 ball = bola,for many balls = bola-bola.In english you have to add s,es to the root words or memorize it when it comes to irregular plural.

My message: there is no excuse for Malaysians not to master Bahasa.Bahasa is simple and easy.Believe me,there are some immigrant workers from Bangladesh (some arrived few months ago) come to our country and now speaking better Bahasa than some of our people..
